        Plant Quality Manager required on a contract basis to join an industry leading engineering & manufacturing business.Do you have a background working in a fast paced quality leadership role? Have you got experience of working in an IATF16949 environment? If you are seeking an exciting challenge then this is the contract role for you!You will play a key role in the daily management of the Plant Quality Team (Engineers, Auditors, Technicians and Inspectors) to: Ensure process capability; Drive continuous improvement; Maintain compliance to IATF16949; Liaise with internal and external suppliers; Liaise with SQI / Purchasing teams; Manage containment of internal issues.You will be responsible for the execution of all or a subset of a key process in the New and/or Current Product Quality space. For example, in current product quality this could be the PQC and/or GPRP process, or in VPI this could be the PPP, VPI or assessment process. In the Corporate function this could mean leading improvement initiatives relating to these processes; people capabilities, processes, and tools. This role advocates for product quality and is an internal champion on behalf of the customer.
