        Lead Electrician Randstad is very excited to be recruiting for a Lead Electrician on a permanent basis to join an industry leading automation company who design and supply process control systems to the food industry.Through this role, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to take part in, and have significant responsibility for putting together hardware solutions and building control systems independently.You will play a key role in building panels and/or carrying out site panel modifications according to the requirements of a project regarding cost, quality and delivery time.The role:Electrician estimates, plans, leads and supports the team members who are assigned to work on his project activities.Cleaning and replacing part of the automated devices or devices controlled by PLCs, hydraulic or pneumatic cylindersTo support the selection of electricians including contractors for the workshop and to carry out induction programs for new electricians, when requested.To support the Project Leaders and Production Manager in all matters.Repair breakdowns of electrical and control installationsPutting together hardware solutions and building control systems independentlySupport/ Essential experience:You will have a good knowledge of PLC/SCADA control system software (preferably Rockwell and Siemens TIA).NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency within the electrical fieldExperience working within a Engineering/ Automation environmentThis is an awesome opportunity to be part of a leading Automation business which offers an interesting, varied and exciting workload coupled with a motivated and passionate culture.
