        Cost Engineer required on a permanent basis to join an industry leading engineering and manufacturing business.Are you looking for an exciting opportunity at the forefront of off highway machine technology? Do you have a background strategically controlling the cost of design, development and manufacture of components and machine systems? You will also be required to identify and execute significant cost down opportunities in fabricated assemblies, bought-in components and machine build efficiencies.Key responsibilities:Full cost analysis of existing products including standard Bills of Material, standard and non-standard optionsSupport new product development with costing analysisCost analysis / target pricing on all new and modified productsProvide forecasted costs for all machines using established costing templatesCreation of standard component engineering / cost librariesAnalyse and compare welding fabrications with regard to new designs.
