        Purpose of Position and ObjectivesTo create and modify CMM programmes in order to ensure product measurement accuracyDevelop CMM programmes for new products to ensure PPAP requirements are metCarry out Product Audits to scheduleCompile PSW reports as and when required, ensuring submission dates are metProvide support to manufacturing areas to ensure CMM equipment is fully operational and manufacturing are able to conform to the Control PlanCarry out measurement analysis work for various departments as and when requiredThe role reports to the Quality Manager so that quality policy, escalation issues, procedures, etc are co-ordinated and consistency is maintained and training requirements supported. Main Responsibilities & Desired OutcomesEnsure CMM programmes deliver accurate results within the desired cycle time to minimise risk to production and OEE lossesLiaise with other internal functions to resolve drawing queries Liaise with suppliers to resolve equipment concernsEnsure product audits are completed to schedule and in full. Produce accurate reportsAny non-conformities to be escalated with immediate effect to ensure timely reactionCarry out PSW measurements as required and complete documentation in a timely mannerTrouble shoot CMM problems on the shop floor and assist with training CMM Operators within Manufacturing Qualifications and ExperienceStructured, organised and self-motivatedTeam memberVerbal and written communication skillsComputer literacyAble to read drawings and specificationsWillingness to travel on company business for short periods as necessary. Good mathematical abilityAbility to achieve targets and objectives.Experience of working with PC DMIS programming softwareExperience of current measurement equipment and techniquesAbility to read Engineering drawingsAbility to work to tight deadlinesAbility to work unsupervisedHigh level of attention to detail with regards to compiling and issuing reportsGood communication skills at all levelsFlexibility to work shifts and overtime as and when required to support the Business need

        Job Description Drivetrain Product aftermarket Services Engineer with focus on BCP drivetrain aftermarket parts and services growth. Developing strategy and execution plans for BCP drivetrain, whilst maintaining alignment across the extended organisation. Working directly with the aftermarket (AFM) lead engineer, the divisional AFM leads and the enterprise drivetrain organisation. This role will report to the BCP drivetrain Product Manager.
