    My client is on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer for a role in Brighton.Main Responsibilities:Maintain awareness of product roadmaps and priorities in the Vacuum Technique Division as well as software related research developments taking place in the NTV department.Provide recommendations for new areas of software development that can be undertaken within the team or at alternative locations within the VT Division.Use specialist software knowledge to lead and direct the development of innovative software solutions that solve complex problems and deliver added value to Atlas Copco products. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing manufacturing engineering skills to the assigned team with an emphasis on promoting Design for Manufacturing techniques for the next generation of products and to ensure a successful transition from design into manufacture.The role will be within the assigned cross-functional NPI team. The successful candidate will report directly to the NPI Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
