With a team total of 3, each reliability engineer will be responsible for their own designated area of the factory. To be successful in this role, you should first and foremost, be an experienced engineer with a background in high volume, FMCG or food manufacturing. You may have had experience in the following roles: senior maintenance engineer, maintenance coordinator, engineering team leader or maintenance manager.
