        An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our client, a leading financial institution. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate and deliver key project outcomes in line with the bank's corporate and strategic objectives. The Project Manager will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle; ensuring the scope is clearly defined and supported by business requirements. You will work with senior business stakeholders and teams across the bank to ensure that their expectations are met and/or managed throughout the project delivery lifecycle. You will ensure seamless cross-team working between change, IT and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Plan Create and build on project plans in line with frameworks and agreed ways of working Manage the expectations of stakeholders accordingly, ensuring the project continues to align with requirements Create, manage and maintain RAIDD logs Work with business leads to ensure that they are balancing Business Change and BAU demands effectively Proactively identify constraints to resourcing and flag them at an early stage to working groups/ steering groups, proposing solutions to challenges where possible Stakeholder management Work to get the most out of individuals from across the business who may not have worked on a project before Guide, advise and update colleagues on best processes and practices Work well with and understand the different dynamics in teams and the wider organisation Reach consensus with colleagues to ensure alignment with the purpose of the project Be explicit in your communications and build consensus through the working group. Facilitate discussions so that the differences are discussed in a positive way and either a compromise is reached, or an issue is escalated Escalate any challenges or issues to the relevant stakeholder/s Working with IT Understand the project management methodologies of Agile, Waterfall and RAD Set clear expectations and milestones, ensuring that the right resources are in-line and agreed with IT Work with the Senior Management Team of IT to help prioritise different tasks in the project plan Financials Ensure a clear budget is set and refined as you move through the project lifecycle by working with the Portfolio Management Office Proactively forecasting and estimating to manage to financial expectations Knowledge & ExperienceExperience working on a large scale data and/or outsourcing programExcellent MS project planning skills Previous experience working on multiple projects and delivering within agreed timeframes Good Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Project; specifically, the individual must be able to craft good presentations and have experience of using infographics/ pictures to bring a concept or idea to life Competent using Excel and able to run basic look-ups, pivot tables and be able to interrogate data Previous experience presenting information through multiple mediums to a range of audiences If you have similar experience to that outlined above, please forward your CV today.Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
