    Crisis Nurse - Mental HealthFull or Part TimeBand 6Salary: £35-£48 per hour We have an exciting opportunity available for a committed Mental Health Nurse to join a friendly, hard-working team within an NHS mental health hospital in West Cumbria. All colleagues play their part in ensuring that an excellent standard of care is delivered, and that patient wellbeing is at the heart of every decision. The ideal candidate will· Be a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience.· Have a significant understanding of mental health practices within the NHS.· The candidate will be working as part of the liaison mental health team to cover the A&E and urgent care unit.· The candidate will be required to assess clients presenting a mental health crisis develop risk management plans for the clients, provide assessments for patients on acute wards who have self-harmed and liaise with community teams/GP's to ensure clients are followed up appropriately.
