The successful candidate would offer support, information and nurse alcohol assessments to service users. They would provide interventions and promote harm reduction. Previous experience dealing with patients with substance misuse issues is essential. This is a great opportunity for a Nurse looking for a challenging but rewarding role where no two days are the same.The working pattern is Monday - Friday, office hours. This contract is due to last until June at least, with the likelihood of getting extended or becoming a permanent position. Use of your own vehicle is essential as travel between the two sites is required.
