        Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience managing a caseload of service users in the early stages of a psychotic illness? Are you looking for a Monday to Friday 9-5 contract? If so then this could be the role for you!We are looking for a Care Coordinator to work in the Early Intervention Team covering Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be confident working autonomously and building engaging working relationships with their service users. They would manage a caseload of service users who may be experiencing mental health problems for the first time, conduct risk assessments, assess needs and deliver interventions in line with best practice..The working pattern is primarily Monday - Friday 9-5 but fewer hours would be considered. The duration of the contract is at least 3 months. A clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
