The team specialise in caring for adults with complex and varying needs and ensure a good quality of life for patients.The successful candidate will report to the Registered Manager and will lead the care team to assess patient needs, and will take the lead sharing their knowledge and expertise with team members. They will have a caseload of service users that they are responsible for.
