Are you qualified to CIPD level 5 - or currently working towards this? Do you have a wealth of experience leading and advising on grievances and disciplinaries?This role plays an important part in managing employee relations within the business and focuses on a supporting managers in dealing with employee related issues through the employee life cycle from recruitment through to leavers but with a significant requirement on administration of the data and records.Supporting the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be paramount in ensuring that the business is legally compliant and aware of risks associated with people actions, including:- Disciplinary and Grievance- Performance management- Capability- Absence management- Pay and conditions- Management InformationThe HR Advisor will be required to partner with outsourced services to deliver efficient andeffective systems to support the role including the relevant admin and systems duties involved.Specific Expectations of the Role- Supporting managers with full employee life cycle (recruitment through to leaver),providing guidance and clarity and representing HR in meetings with employees- Support with all incoming ER issues, responding to incoming emails and phone queriesfrom managers and employees- Maintain casework records, including production of meeting minutes and letters onbehalf of managers- Leading and advising on disciplinaries and grievances and managing complex cases. - Supporting manager with case work, providing options and rationale to supportrecommendationsExperience of working in the Construction / Development industry would be advantageous for this role as would building relationships with remote based employees and managers This ambitious organisation are forward thinking .
