      We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager for one of our prestigious clients based in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established HR team, our client is a very reputable SME business who are looking to expand their HR team due to business expansion. Within this role you will lead a HR function covering both HR and ER, if you are an experienced HR Manager and looking to take your career to the next level this could be a great role for you.. Duties will include - Full responsibility of the HR function.Leading a successful team of HR Adviser's and HR Administrators.Ensuring all company policies and procedures are maintained and kept up to date with current regulations.Providing HR advice to Directors and Senior Managers on a wide range of HR related topics.Providing advice on various employee relation topics such as Recruitment, employee absences, disciplinary and Grievances.Coaching internal senior management on a range of HR related topics such as recruitment, absence, disciplinary and Grievances.Collaboration with wider teams such as L&D etcTaking a lead role in any HR projects.Attending Director level meetings. Candidates must - Have previous experience as a HR Manager.Be CIPD level 5 qualified.Have excellent communication skills.Have good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.Be a competent user of all Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel.Be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to work to deadlines.Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
