        A not-for-profit organisation in the Doncaster area has an immediate need for a HR Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for at least 2 months and possibly longer.The HR team is working from home for the foreseeable future and so this position is open to candidates across the UK. We are looking for someone with generalist HR experience who can support the L&D team to manage and maintain the learning provision across the organisation and the learning management system. You'll manage learning records and material, upload new information and coordinate the learning schedules. As part of your role you will also work closely with external training providers as well as support the wider HR team with a comprehensive HR administration service. Its a varied and interesting role in a high profile organisation that is currently undertaking multiple complex projects that you will support.We're looking for someone with a good understanding of human resources, ideally who has studied CIPD to Level 3. Previous involvement with L&D would be very useful, as is involvement in transactional HR practices such as recruitment, on-boarding, disciplinary and grievance etc. Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
