The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment processes and procedure, including Stakeholder Management, Sourcing, Headhunting, Advertising, Interviews and Onboarding.The successful candidate will have a strong background in Stakeholder Management and experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment. Requirements:Proven track record of working in a consultative fast paced recruitment environment.Strong communicator who can attend to all levels of management.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise to meet tight deadlines.Experience of the full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing, Headhunting, Advertising, Interviews and Onboarding.
