Then read on…The roleWe want to welcome a Senior Business Analyst to join our high performing IT team, based out of our Office in Central Solihull.You will assist the Application Support Manager with the following areas of responsibility; Overseeing Demand Management Requests, incidents and problems within in Fixed Term systems retailer settlement processes & Coda (GL), customer & stakeholder management, delivery of supporting material/MI/KPI data and act as a hierarchal point of escalation within a team of business analysts to deliver system change.You will produce functional specifications by liaising with internal BNP Paribas Personal Finance departments to establish Business Requirements, ensuring work is planned and controlled, all with a firm drive towards continuous improvement.Could this be you?We believe it's a positive attitude and passion to make things happen that matters most. Here's what else we're looking for:Experience at a Business Analyst or Project Manager level within a Finance Department or Finance Services; with knowledge of Fixed Term Credit / Credit Card BusinessExperience with General Ledger systems, and an understanding of ledger terminology and working with this day to day. (I.e. Unit4, Coda- we can provide further specific training if required)Ability to work with multiple requests, workload resourcing, constructing packs, producing MI reports and collating informationExcellent Presentation skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders; including Senior AudiencesAble to step in and deputise with task management of other colleagues when requiredUniversity degree in a Computer Science, alongside ISEB Foundation in Business Analysis or other relevant Business Analysis qualifications at a Practitioner levelExperience of methodologies including Agile, Waterfall & Systems / Software Development Life CycleWithin this position there will be a requirement to travel and stay away overnight for internal, client and supplier meetings.
