Job Profile SummaryServices & Solutions (S+S) is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised HR services for BP from several geographical delivery centres as appropriate for BP’s footprint. Services & Solutions are the first point of contact for HR related matters; the team are policy and process guides, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.Job AdvertKey Accountabilities:Handling a part of the P&C solution - maintaining the health and operational integrity of your solutions / products, working with others to deliver stable operationsMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs, for example data privacy and digital security requirementsWorking closely with colleagues to ensure solutions / products co-exist seamlessly across P&CManaging a prioritised backlog of changes, covering maintenance, fixes (non-urgent) and improvementsPlanning, organising, and leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of features/solutions for your part of the P&C solutionSupporting and performing aspects of change projects, delivering to time; cost; and quality, managing risks – coordinate and complete activities , under limited supervision, by facilitating design sessions, leading configuration, coordinating testing, and implementing cutoverAbility to seamlessly work with numerous bp partners – with the relevant centre(s) of expertise, integrators, services teams, within the solutions teams, and with teams outside P&C such as colleagues in I&E or financeEvaluate, communicate, and coordinate the functional and technical impacts of configuration and other decisions to stakeholder groupsResearch and resolve process and technical problems, unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirementsJob Requirements:Actively working to develop capability in line with the HR Capability Framework, with an equal blend of EQ, IQ, and driveTechnical implementation experience with payroll and time products like SAP HR; Workday; Kronos; eTimeStrong understanding of payroll principles, Time&Absence principlesHands on experience with payroll integration systems/APIs for Workday/SAP HRExperience working within a global organisation, including using social media style tools to support communications and engagement across time zonesWorkday Foundational training and Time & Absence certifications are advantageousExperience handling vendors supporting an outsourced payroll solution like ADP, BDO, and outsourced time solution like KronosDigital fluency to work with technology teams for implementing high-quality digital products and solutionsVerbal and written communication skills to interact with functional and technical colleagues, and end users, with a passion for customer serviceWhy join us?At bp, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment.
