To be considered for this varied and challenging Warehouse Software Support Manager position, you will demonstrate knowledge and experience of working within the automated warehouse and distribution solutions sector, ideally with a working knowledge of warehouse management and control systems (Linux / C++ or Java experience advantageous along with exposure to an ITIL package) within a customer focused environment, and will appreciate the impact of service issues to customer operations.
