They are local charities that are rooted in their community, building strong relationships with other charities, groups and health professionals to ensure everyone experiencing mental health problems receives the support and respect.The Network Relations team support the wellbeing and development of colleagues in the Mind Network, ensuring that local Minds can thrive as local charities with the benefits of being part of a national Federation. We support them to be resilient and embrace collaboration, growth and development. The team also have a pivotal role in supporting internal colleagues to work more closely and effectively with our network to make our federation more than the sum of its parts.As part of a dispersed team, you will apply your experience and skills to ensure all local Minds are given the right support in a timely way. You will be working with a range of diverse organisations from across the Federation offering critical support around areas such as organisational development, compliance with our Partnership Agreement, growth, risk, relationship development, partnerships, and collaborations.As a small, but busy team, we’re looking for someone who thrives on working collaboratively and thinks strategically and creatively. If you have strong experience of relationship management, risk management and knowledge of good practice in areas such as governance, organisational development, and growth, you may be just the person we are looking for!Mind won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
