        A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 6 month contract as Head of Complaints based in North WalesThe post holder will have delegated responsibility and accountability to the Associate Directorof Quality Assurance for the operational development and management of the organisationsarrangements for responding to complaints as set out by the Welsh Government 2011Regulations.The post holder will work alongside the Head of Patient and Carer Experience to providecorporate leadership in the development of consistent complaints management with robustsystems and processes to facilitate integrated quality/risk management. The post holder withtheir locality/ area peers will contribute to the identification of trends and themes for priorityactions and to work with colleagues in clinical services in each area to demonstrate timelyclosure of complaints and that lessons learned have been identified and implemented.The post holder will take responsibility for monitoring trends and themes and common issuesarising from each area which may need themed reviews, as well as providing Quality and Safetyreports for the Health Board as required.In summary the successful candidate will be expected to:· Implement a new process for handling complaint· Deliver training to the team· Manage and work on a backlog of complaints· Manage some of the teamif you have relevant experience and are available for a 6 month contract please apply now.Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
