    Do you want to work for a leading global electrical manufacturer? We are looking for someone to join our clients dispatch team. FLT licence not essential as this is something we can offer after 12 weeks of working with us. Pay Rate and Hours of Work: Shifts will be Monday to Friday once trained they will be rotating days 07:55am - 4:25pm with a 1pm finish on a Friday. / 2pm - 10pm - 37hrs contracted Wages you are paid a Shift premium as follows: 2pm - 10pm extra 9hrs. This is weekly on top of your 37 hoursPre 12 weeks (as discussed this will be reviewed before) £8.91 including shift premium on your 2-10 = £11.05 After 12 weeks £10.05 including shift premium on your 2-10 = £13.53 Once competency is achieved (6 - 12 months) £10.39 including shift premium on your 2-10 = £13.99 Benefits:33 Days paid annual leave, inclusive of bank holidaysExperience working for a large electrical manufacturer with a great culture and working environmentEmployee assistance programme, which includes discounts at high street shops, gym memberships, cinema tickets, and more.Pension SchemeWeekly pay each Friday.Free onsite parkingYou will need to be flexible as deliveries could run over, together with driving a forklift you will load and unload containers and work closely with the stores team.Responsibilities:Providing operational cover to ensure all activities are completed in line with business needs/customer expectationsCarrying out additional duties as determined by the line manager.Ensuring all orders are processed accurately in a timely manner.Developing appropriate product and systems knowledge to carry out daily work-load.Identifying and reporting on health, safety and environmental issues within the work place.Requirements:Previous experience working within a production / manufacturing environment is desirableGood standard of literacy & numeracyMust be able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environmentSelf-motivated and quality-focusedGood personal organisational skillsGood verbal & written communication skills both face to face & via telephoneHave good manual dexterity skillsGood eye for detailIf all of the above sounds like something you are interested in please send over your cv straight away.
