Williams Lea CCM operate a daily help-desk on behalf of the bank, dealing with bank department requests including booking deliveries and collections along with general queries. This role will support the help-desk team during busy periods and in times of absence.Williams Lea CCM operate a daily collection/ delivery service between Leeds and Gosforth, Newcastle and an additional run in the local Leeds area, incorporating a daily pickup from Rotherham. This role will require the successful applicant to cover either of these runs during driver absence. This is a "hand's on" position which requires a good level of computer literacy relating to the use of Excel, Word, Adobe and various other applications.
