        Internal Communications Executive London Bridge St, London SE1About the jobWe have a new and exciting position for an Internal Communications Executive to join the team for a period ofthree months to primarily support with our annual employee event, Team Talk Live. The successful candidatewill be responsible for delivering against the event plan and timetable, liaising with stakeholders providingcontent, working with printers and other external suppliers, and supporting with the overall delivery of theevent. They will need to be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and be ready to work at a fastpace. The role is London based, with some flexibility to work from home.Responsibilities:Support delivery of project plan actions to ensure the event is delivered on time and to a high standard.Assist with day-to-day queries and logistics that arise in the run up to, and during, the event itselfCo-ordinate the collation of content provided by presenters to ensure all of the collateral is consistent in tone of voice and look and feel.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure their event content is delivered on time and be on hand for any queriesWork with external suppliers to ensure event collateral and services are delivered seamlessly, on time and to a high standard.Lead the delivery of the Team Talk Live promotional campaign.Support with other adhoc internal communications requests as necessary.Essential skills:Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.Ability to draft communications from scratch to a high standard.Self-starter, pro-active, adaptable and focused.Creative eye, with strong attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and use own initiative.Excellent organisational and planning skills.Desired:Event experience.Experience with Photoshop or other design softwareIf you have relevant experience, are interested in the role and would like more information, please send over a CV with updated contact details and I will be in contact with you ASAP.
