Ensure Operator performance levels are achieved and maintained.Compile and load stock transfer orders as required. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and that all work is undertaken to appropriate standards. Participate in the development and implementation of improvement plans. Enter and maintain all relevant information for shop floor data collection.Enter and maintain all relevant information as required to meet QC standards. Where identified and/ or necessary, be prepared to undertake training to improve skills. Undertake work in other operational departments should the need arise. The team at DS Smith are looking for a new team member that will be a hard working dedicated employee. About the role In this role, you will be working as part of a fast paced production line where you will manufacture and produce sustainable packaging. Currently the warehouse is extremely busy so you will need to be extremely efficient. Occasionally, you will help in the moving and loading of goods coming in and out of the production line using a FLT. Skills and Requirements To be part of the team, you will need to hold a valid FLT license either for counterbalance or reach, this is compulsory for this role. As well as a valid license, you will need experience in the warehouse industry. Valid FLT license Warehouse experience Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
