Implement Corporate/ European requirements, corrective actions, monthly reporting Ensure that Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Marshal training are conducted. Carry out evacuation drills and reports. Responsible for Consignment stock, Laundry, Lockers, Work wear, Cleaning contract, Pest Control Contract, Hazard cards and Health and Safety Training. Implement and update all HSE, Hygiene and Environmental Policies and procedures in accordance to document control practices. Conduct internal audits and manage external auditsEnsure that corrective actions from all audits are recorded, actioned and closed. Oversee all health, safety and environmental issues.Hold monthly Health & Safety meetings, documented Complete HSE accident and incident investigation forms, conduct reviews Conduct investigations into claims working alongside the insurance loss adjusters.Advise and support the management team on all HSE issues. Implement processes and systems to improve the HSE culture and training of personnel. Ensure that statutory inspections are conducted at defined frequencies and any actions are completed. Ensure all HSE legislative requirements are adhered to including compliance to Environmental Permits.The Candidate NE BOSH Diploma equivalent. IEMA Certificate or equivalent. Use of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel etc). Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to communicate at all levels within the business and under own initiative. Good Health, Safety and Environment experience in a manufacturing business. Ideally have experience of Risk-connect and Share Point systems.
