      Our client, a leading FM provider, is currently recruiting for a Records & reprographics team leader.You will be responsible for managing the day to day records services for the client and overseeing a team of 4 operators Key accountabilities of the role: ■ Establish and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels ■ Meet and exceed, where possible contractual SLA's ■ Effective follow-up of all client related concerns and queries People ■ Management of absence process and procedure ■ Be familiar with and exercise company disciplinary procedures ■ Lead on recruitment activities ■ Support team during periods of service and process re-engineering Process ■ To allocate specific tasks to people within the team ■ Support team with operational activities ■ Assist the Account Manager in delivering critical projects ■ Be proactive in both knowledge acquiring and sharing ■ Be proactive in recommending methods to improve workflow and customer experience ■ To ensure that the quality standards are maintained throughout the total service offering on-site, championing best practice in all areas ■ To implement all action points arising from customer feedback and team meetings ensuring continuous improvement to customer standards ■ To relay accurate information to users on the progression of their work. When deadlines cannot be met ensure the user is informed within sufficient time. Offer alternative solutions when necessary Knowledge and skills ■ Experience in at least 50% of the tasks carried out by the team ■ Team player who works well at all levels ■ Flexible, enthusiastic who leads by example ■ Ability to communicate at all levels ■ Able to prioritize and delegate effectively ■ Able to use own initiativeRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
