        Randstad are supporting our public sector Client and we are looking to recruit a Part time Community Empowerment Officer - based in Llanelli . Main Purpose of the role-Community Empowerment Officer will work closely with local community groups and individuals to raise the profile and awareness of the programme, creating opportunities in which to identify new participants, engaging and enrolling them onto the programme. They will provide key support for all aspects of programme development and capacity building initiatives, being responsive to local needs and working within set Programme guidance.
