Recently opening numerous luxury boutique stores across the UK and Ireland the store in Nottingham is eager to recruit a Retail Supervisor for their store. Responsibilities Ensuring seamless and consistent customer experienceSupporting the sales, profit and quality of service targetsBoutique set upCustomer careBuilding, motivating and managing a teamCash ManagementEnsuring compliance in all areas of the businessThe Candidate We're looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to help continue our retail growth and success. ● You'll have experience of working in the retail sector as an Assistant Manager but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the required skill-set. You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service utilising your communication andinterpersonal skills. You'll be able to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to supportand challenge where needed.
