      Are you an experienced contract centre team leader, ready for your next role managing a strong target motivated team?Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contact Centre Team Leader to join their growing team and help drive the Company forward. This role is in a busy sales environment therefore experience in a sales environment is required.The role involves assisting the Contact Centre Manager in regards to the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre. Ensuring all relevant coaching and support is given, ensuring the departmental procedures are adhered to in with regards to booking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers and Product Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to make a positive impact to the business. The role35 hours per weekBasic Salary £22k - OTE: £28k (Very realistic targets)28 days Holiday per year.
