    My client a leader software provider into the hospitality sector, are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, so join their successful sales team.As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and reporting the delivery of new business revenue growth for the companies SaaS software and associated professional services. This is including delivering your own sales target in the supply chain sector, as well as ensuring the wider Sales team does tooApplicants should ideally have:* 3+ years demonstrating and selling SaaS products in the £50k to £500k+ ARR range, delivering successfully against targets * Goal oriented to meet key performance metrics * Great understanding of the hospitality sector * Great understanding of B2B sales & SaaS * Must work well with all kinds of people. * Remains calm under pressure * Can work individually and self-managing among competing demands * Confidence and persuasive manner * Clear communicator with strong attention to detail * Tight organisational and time management skills * Must be energetic, determined and pragmaticRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
