If you are looking for an immediate start and guaranteed work, have physical Contract Support and Administration skills and proven experience then apply today.Description * To assist in the production of supporting financial information. * Assist with the preparation of monthly report pack * To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance * Correspondence and filing * Updating of electronic records * Material ordering and administration * Raising purchase orders and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required. * Process PPM, reactive & quoted works (WIP) for invoicing * Generate and issue invoices for extra works and fixed costs * Continuously update appropriate accounting system with detailed & accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place * Continuously update appropriate accounting system with detailed & accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place * To enable full audit-able trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, time-sheets, material orders and goods received notes.
