Location: Home basedHours: 37.5 Monday-FridayInitial term: 12 monthsInterviews will be by Microsoft TeamsTasks and Responsibilities:* Provide a high-quality efficient administration service to the project lead* Provide a high-quality first point of contact service for all stakeholders involved in the project* Provide day to day co-ordination of the project leads tasks, including managing their diary* Organise/minute meetings either virtually (Teams) or face to face to support the project* Act as triage for telephone calls and respond or cascade as appropriate, forwarding messages tothe appropriate person* Oversee and participate in the preparation of project documentation, as appropriate* Competently complete a wide range of administrative tasks: including processing data, typing,minute taking, agenda preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc, as agreed andwhen required.Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
