Salary £11.21 per hour 37.5 hours per week the role of Team leader will be: To deputise for the service manager, and to help lead the delivery of an effective, safe and therapeutic safe haven service in Stockport for people at risk of/experiencing a mental health crisis and their families/carers. You lead on the screening, triage and initial assessment and risk assessment process and work closely with key partners to ensure the most appropriate response and service pathway. You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff, will be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent) and will be qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent /willing to work towards).
