      We are currently working with a specialist small group of Children's homes based in the North West of England. They are looking for a Registered Manager to take on a new 3 bed service with an additional 2 beds for Leaving Care based in the Chester area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to put their own stamp on a home as you will be the 1st manager in post. Salary This roles brings a Salary of upto £38,000 plus Bonuses. The role As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the Home on a Day to Day basis and ensuring the Care of the Young People is paramount to everything you and the staff team do. You will have the support of a very close knit team of Clinical Nurses and a wider management team. Hours Monday to Friday 9-5 with Phone based on Call which will be rotad. There as always will need to be a degree of flexibility with these roles. About you You will need to have experience of working as a Registered Manager in a Young people's / Children's service. Have your NVQ level 5 and have worked through an Ofsted inspection with positive outcomes.
