This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry. Following a successful probation period, you will be enrolled onto a 3-Year Level 6 B2B Sales apprentice degree, allowing you to develop your skills and earn a qualification while you work.
Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities while growing and profiling our existing portfolio of accounts.
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and determining sales potential.
- Conduct engaging virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of DSV Road services.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, KPI performance, and NPS scores.
- Negotiate pricing and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Education:GCSE English Language and Maths, grade 4 or above.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Computer Skills:Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Mindset:You are a goal-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to learn and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
- Collaboration:Experience working in team-based environments is highly valued.
- Apprenticeship Requirement:As this role includes an apprenticeship, applicants must meet the necessary criteria for academic enrollment.
