Job Title: Secondary Humanities Teacher - History & Geography | Chelmsford
Salary/Rate: £150 - £210 per day (M1-M6 equivalent, scaling to UPS for long-term)
Location: Chelmsford / Mid-Essex

Randstad Education is currently working in partnership with prominent secondary trusts across Essex, supporting local secondary schools with daily supply, short-term cover, and long-term subject-specialist vacancies across History and Geography (KS3-KS4, with KS5 opportunities).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging History and Geography lessons following the National Curriculum.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, creating a positive learning environment.
- Assess, track, and give feedback on student progress (long-term assignments).
Requirements:
- QTS / QTLS status (ECTs/NQTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge in History, Geography, or both.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
- Passion for inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
