Base Salary: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour (Estimated based on grading scale)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:00
Position Overview
We are seeking an established care professional to step into the role of Learning Support Worker at our specialised teaching facility in Cranleigh. This position moves away from reactive residential care and focuses strictly on active skill-building, community access, and independence facilitation for adults on the autism spectrum.

Sector Knowledge: Prior employment within adult social care, SEN schools, or domiciliary care is essential.
Clinical Skills: Comfortable handling complex behavioural needs calmly and providing dignity-focused intimate personal care when required.
Core Competencies: Excellent boundary management, strong teamwork ethics, and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Vetting: Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
