About the Role
Are you a Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology Graduate looking for a practical, hands-on gateway into Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Behaviour Analysis? Or perhaps you are a career changer with a passion for human behaviour and a desire to make a tangible social impact?
We are seeking analytical, motivated, and resilient individuals to join our specialist multi-disciplinary team as a Graduate Trainee Behaviour Analyst / SEN Teacher.
In this role, you will work 1-to-1 with autistic children and young people, utilising evidence-based, behaviourally analytic teaching methods (including Applied Behaviour Analysis/CABAS models). Rather than just "managing" a classroom, you will actively participate in data collection, behavioural tracking, and the execution of individualised learning and communication programs.
No prior teaching qualification is required. We provide a fully funded, world-class training pipeline designed to take you from a graduate or career changer to a certified professional in the field of behavioural science.
Key Responsibilities:
Behavioural Intervention: Work 1-to-1 with pupils within small settings, applying behavioural theories to improve their learning, communication, and independence.
Data & Programming: Deliver individualised curriculum plans and track pupil progress, contributing directly to behavioural data and research.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a team of expert Behaviour Analysts, Speech & Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
Holistic Support: Guide pupils through life skills, social development, community trips, and personal/intimate care routines where required.
Professional Development: Commit to an intensive program of continuous professional training and regular, expert-led clinical supervision.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Education: A degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is highly desirable, OR equivalent professional experience showing an aptitude for behavioural science. Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English and Maths is required.
Experience: Any professional, voluntary, or personal experience working with vulnerable individuals, children, or disabilities is an advantage.
Resilience: The emotional intelligence and confidence to support pupils with complex needs and dysregulated behaviours, remaining calm and analytical under pressure.
Mindset: A data-driven, positive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine commitment to ethics, equity, and human development.
Unrivalled Funded Training & Career Progression:
We don't just offer a job; we fund your career trajectory. Our standard professional development package includes:
Sponsored Master's Degrees: Opportunities to pursue fully funded Master's programs in Behaviour Analysis or High Incidence & Disabilities.
Professional Certifications: Fully funded pathways for the 40-hour Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) course, CABAS teaching ranks, and Certification with the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UKBA).
Specialist Education: Funded RQF CACHE qualifications (Levels 2-4) in Learning Difficulties and Teaching.
Clinical Supervision: Direct mentorship and supervision from some of the UK's leading and internationally recognised Behaviour Analytic experts.
Package & Perks:
£1,000 joining bonus & regular annual salary progression.
Performance-related bonus scheme & staff recognition days.
Term-time only working (enjoy excellent work-life balance with school holidays).
Free parking onsite OR free daily staff transport to and from Guildford and Cranleigh.
