Teaching Assistant
Location: Surrey

We are looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with additional learning needs in a specialist education setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Assist students with learning, well-being, and independence
Support classroom activities, educational visits, and community-based learning
Help manage resources and maintain a safe learning environment
Record student progress and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people preferred
Patient, resilient, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to support personal care and behaviour needs where required
Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being
