The Role
SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Full-Time |Permanent| Monday-Friday | 08:30am - 4:15pm
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
... - Support students on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning activities
- Encourage communication, independence and life skills development
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Help facilitate community-based learning and work-related experiences
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and families
- Provide personal care support when required

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Patient, resilient and compassionate
- Strong communicators and team players
- Experienced within SEN, education, childcare, social care or similar support environments
- Able to support students with complex communication and behavioural needs
Essential Requirements
- UK-based experience is required
- Minimum 3-12 months' experience in SEN, education, childcare, social care or a transferable support role
- No criminal convictions or reprimands
- Right to work in the UK or a valid visa
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
