We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join the supportive and rewarding team at our SEN school in Cranleigh. Starting in September, these roles operate on a term-time-only basis, allowing you to enjoy the school holidays.

Salary & Hours

£21,599 - £22,462 (based on 36 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday 8:30-16:00, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-16:15, Friday 8:30-15:45

Requirements

Ability to adapt and interpret information for students across a wide range of abilities
Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organisation, and keen attention to detail to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective both independently and as part of a team
An enthusiastic approach to learning, combined with a committed and empathetic nature
Access to personal transport due to the semi-rural location
An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
