Teaching Excellence: Provide high-quality teaching and support colleagues in developing effective classroom strategies for pupils with autism and SEMH needs.

Proven experience teaching within an Autism or SEMH setting.
Experience in leading INSET, delivering training, and school self-evaluation.
A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
A resilient, empathetic, and professional approach to supporting vulnerable learners.
