Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category plans for key chemical portfolios, focusing on cost efficiency and ongoing operational improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for complex vendor issues, protecting supply continuity and minimising business risk.
- Secure commercial supply agreements and negotiate key contracts in line with internal compliance policies.
- Manage the vendor relationship program, tracking performance metrics to ensure suppliers meet business expectations.
- Coordinate with quality control, operations, and product launch teams to resolve supply issues and support new project roll-outs.
- Partner with procurement leadership on budgeting, raw material planning, and long-term supply strategies.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years experience in a similar position.
- Degree in Science or related field.
