Our global construction client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Direct commercial life-cycle management from initial tender through to final account.
- Oversee commercial teams to ensure accurate reporting, valuations, and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate and finalise all contractual documentation prior to project commencement.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and supply chain compliance across all projects.
- Protect profit margins by implementing rigorous commercial controls and risk policies.
- Mentor Quantity Surveying staff while leading dispute resolution and legal coordination.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering major projects, managing risk, and resolving complex disputes.
- Strategic leader experienced in developing high-performing commercial teams.
