Salary: £63,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Location: Bristol area (Hybrid working - split your time between home and our advanced engineering site)
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Orchestrate the delivery of next-generation engineering triumphs.
We are a global leader in high-tech manufacturing solutions, and we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager (NPI) to spearhead the delivery of our most critical product introductions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Programmes Manager, you will act as the single point of contact with full accountability for a large-scale project, multiple medium-sized projects, or a suite of complex subsystem and technology developments. If you excel at transforming technical ambiguity into structured, successful product launches, this is your opportunity to lead cross-functional brilliance on a global stage.
What You Will Do
Master Planning: Own the end-to-end project schedule, cost, risk profile, and scope. Generate robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to develop detailed multi-level plans, tracking progress and delivering transparent updates to stakeholders.
Budget Ownership: Manage the project's financial health, monitoring expenditures and costs diligently throughout the lifecycle.
Governance & Accountability: Establish clear project frameworks, including comprehensive RACI matrixes and robust RAID logs, ensuring proactive mitigation plans and contingencies are always in place.
Stakeholder Management: Unite and drive multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to hit critical project milestones and product goals.
Impactful Reporting: Translate complex project statuses, risks, and opportunities into reliable, consistent, and executive-ready regular reporting.
What You Bring to the Team
We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every single box below!
Education: Educated to degree level in a suitable Technical, Engineering, or Scientific discipline.
Qualifications: A recognized Project or Programme Management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, Prince2) or equivalent heavyweight industry experience.
Proven Track Record: Significant experience managing complex, multi-year technical projects to time, spec, and cost, ideally with exposure to projects containing a software component.
Global Influence: Demonstrated experience influencing, negotiating, and managing across diverse, cross-functional global teams at multiple organizational levels.
Analytical Approach: The ability to dissect complex program requirements, build structured WBS frameworks from scratch, and leverage professional planning tools (such as Microsoft Project).
What We Offer in Return
Our culture is built on trust, accountability, and the belief that groundbreaking innovation is powered by people.
Leadership Growth: Access to lifelong learning, professional development, and highly visible pathways to senior program leadership.
Flexibility: A genuine hybrid working model that honors your work-life balance while keeping you connected to a world-class on-site team.
Well-being & Rewards: A competitive salary of £63,000, robust health and wellness perks, and an exceptional corporate benefits package.
