We are seeking an autonomous Senior UX Researcher to lead research strategy across major product initiatives. In this role, you will bridge user empathy with business goals, using data to directly influence product decisions and ecosystem scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Strategy: Design and run complex qualitative/quantitative research frameworks with minimal oversight.
Influence Partners: Translate data into compelling UX storytelling to build consensus and advocate for inclusive design.
Measure Impact: Define key metrics and study user trends to evaluate product performance and uncover new business opportunities.
Lead Delivery: Align project priorities, coordinate resources, and remove roadblocks.

Requirements: Proficiency in UX research methodologies, human behavior, interactive tech, ethical research, the product lifecycle, and UX systems thinking.
