Provide 1:1 and small group academic, behavioural, and emotional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Assist classroom teachers with learning activities, de-escalation, and progress monitoring.

Key Requirements:

GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings.
Strong emotional resilience, patience, and de-escalation skills.
Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable).
