Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about empowering others? We are seeking proactive Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Livingston supporting older adults and a young adult with mild learning disabilities, autism, and backgrounds of trauma.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be helping service users live fulfilling lives in a supported-living environment, focusing on independence, emotional support, and community inclusion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Accompanying service users out into the local Livingston community.
- Joining in on social events, daily activities, and trips to the local pub.
- Providing compassionate, trauma-informed support tailored to each individual.
What We're Looking For
- Prior support experience with learning disabilities or autism.
- Valid, up-to-date Moving & Handling and Medication certifications.
- An understanding of trauma-informed care (desirable).
- Training in epilepsy or rescue medication is a strong bonus.
