Are you looking to build a meaningful, long-term career in specialist care, education, or therapy?
We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our "Outstanding" rated residential campus in Lingfield. Part of the UK's leading charity for young people with complex neurological and learning needs, this role offers an unmatched environment to develop your professional skills in healthcare and specialist education.
If you have a minimum of 3 months of experience in care, childcare, or education, and are looking for a role with true developmental depth, we want to hear from you.
The Professional Advantage: Why Start Here?
Fully Funded Qualifications: We don't just train you for the job; we invest in your future with fully funded professional development and qualifications from day one.
Multidisciplinary Exposure: Work closely alongside teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals on a highly specialised campus.
Fast-Track Progression: Gain hands-on experience with complex needs (epilepsy, autism, and severe learning disabilities) that will elevate your career trajectory.
The Term-Time Bonus: Enjoy an incredible work-life balance with 39 weeks of work per year, leaving you with all school holidays off.
The Role & Clinical Reality
This is a highly active, hands-on role where you will help young people aged 4-25 build daily living skills and independence.
Because we support individuals with complex needs, you will handle daily personal care (delivered with utmost dignity), mobility assistance, communication barriers, and potentially challenging behaviours. You will be thoroughly supported by a tight-knit, experienced team-you will never have to face these clinical challenges alone.
Who You Are:
We are looking for resilient, compassionate, and reliable individuals who want a career, not just a job.
Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in care, education, or healthcare.
Traits: Calm under pressure, a positive team player, and an excellent communicator.
Driving Licence: Essential. Due to our beautiful rural location and shift timings, you must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
Availability: Ready to begin a rewarding new chapter this September.
On-Site Perks:
Subsidised on-site restaurant and free parking
Potential access to affordable on-site accommodation
Employee rewards/discounts platform and occupational pension
(Note: To ensure student safety, all successful applicants must complete a pre-employment screening, including an enhanced DBS check and referencing.)
