Your Impact in the Classroom
As a TA or 1:1 Support Assistant, you will support children academically and emotionally-either anchoring a whole classroom alongside the teacher or providing life-changing 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs.
What you'll be doing:
Empowering Learners: Supporting classroom learning through group and individual work.
Boosting Engagement: Helping children stay focused, motivated, and excited to learn.
Supporting SEND & Wellbeing: Providing a calm, positive presence for pupils with SEND, behavioural, or emotional needs.
Partnering with Teachers: Assisting with lesson activities and maintaining an inclusive environment.
Who We Are Looking For
You don't need a lifetime of classroom experience-just the right attitude. If you are patient, encouraging, and calm under pressure, we want you.
We welcome backgrounds in primary schools, nurseries, SEND, youth work, or care/support work. Experience with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH is highly desirable, but a passion for shaping young lives is what truly matters.
